Donation Policy for STREET CHILD ADVANCEMENT FOUNDATION (SCAF)

1. Introduction

  • SCUML Regulations: For anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT).

5. Donor Information and Privacy


We collect donor information only for processing donations, issuing receipts, and communication. All personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. Donors have the right to access, correct, or delete their data.

 


6. Use of Donations


Donations are used strictly for the charitable purposes stated at the time of solicitation. Unless otherwise designated, donations are considered unrestricted and used where most needed.

 


7. Donation Refunds
